Overview

Lift Every Voice is a Black-led, woman-led firm co-founded by Dr. Kantahyanee Murray and Dr. Tracy Hilliard. We center the voices of those most impacted by inequities and furthest from justice through evaluation, research, and strategy so that individuals, families and communities can thrive. 

With our diverse relationships, we work throughout the United States and abroad, with clients and partners whose reach is local, regional, national, and global. It is our hope that our work drives meaningful, sustainable systems transformation. By design, our culturally responsive approach to centering community voices continuously informs the model of our work. As we center community voices, we learn what is best for each unique engagement.

Our core, remote team is currently located coast-to-coast across the United States in Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Pontiac, MI; and Seattle, WA. Our expanded team includes several subcontracted partners located throughout the country.

Our Approach

We center the voices of those most impacted by inequities and furthest from justice. We lead with addressing racism, and other forms of oppression and the intersections. We work through relationship, in service of approaches and outcomes that drive racial equity, racial healing, social justice, liberation, systems transformation, and shifting power to communities.
